How long does it take to process orders?
Processing takes up to 2-3 days. Shipping itself takes an additional 3-10 days.
Due to COVID-19, the exact time in which you will receive your items may take longer.
How do I fix an incorrect order or shipping address?
Email us within 24 hours to fix any errors in your order.
How long does shipping take?
Currently our shipping times are between 3-10 days depending on where you are located. We ship from Los Angeles, California. For all apparel orders, it will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks as we produce in small quantities.
So when will my order ship?
We try our best to ship 2-3 days after the order is placed. We are a very very small team so we usually ship every 2-3 days.
Do you ship to other countries?
Currently we only ship within the US and Canada.
I haven’t received a tracking number?
Email us at info@gloryworldwide.us within 5 days if you have not received your tracking number.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products all beauty items are non-refundable, however please feel free to reach out to us HERE, if you have any questions or concerns.
For non-beauty products we have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us,HERE, and we will walk you through the return process.
