Three pillars of sustainability are at the heart of Glory Worldwide – environment, real people, and responsible business.
1. Environmental: We aim to create a closed loop system of production that reuses our material waste to create new products.
2. Social Justice: We aim for our supply chain to be free of human exploitation.
3. Business: We believe in responsible growth disconnected from rapacious capitalism and aim to empower the communities we serve.

Less plastic – Our tubes are manufactured with 30% less plastic than the industry standard. Plastic free packaging is on the horizon!
Use longer – Pair our balms with our stainless-steel lip balm holder to ensure you never lose your tube and use it to the last drop.
When it’s empty – Tubes are made of #5 PP plastic and fully recyclable. Most roadside recycling programs accept this type of plastic.
Natural and Fair Trade™ - No extras and no exploitation; only natural ingredients derived from plants & minerals. It’s so good you could eat it– something very important for a product you are putting on your lips!
Manufactured with 100% renewable energy.
BRAND SUSTAINABILITY
We choose ingredients that promote regenerative systems where applicable and carefully consider the impacts and benefits of each ingredient. We prioritize Fair Trade Certified, organic and vegan.
Our manufacturing partners share a common vision of sustainability, accountability and transparency. We produce our balms in factories powered by 100% solar energy that are audited regularly for safe working conditions and fair pay.
More than 120 billion units of cosmetics packaging are produced globally every year, much of which is single use. As we grow, we are working to implement more circular systems of production including refill services and innovative tube materials. Currently, our tubes are made with 30% less plastic than typical lip balm tubes and can be widely recycled.
All of our merch is produced locally in Los Angeles, Califorina in small batches.
